Klass Personal OS
License terms and refunds
What you're buying, what happens if it lapses, and how to get your money back.
Last updated: August 9, 2026
These terms cover Klass Personal OS, sold by Klass Concepts, LLC. Buying a Pro license means you agree to them. They're written to be read, not to be survived.
What you're buying
A Pro license is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel. It unlocks four things in the app: unlimited accounts in every service, unlimited scoped API keys, the scheduler and its agent jobs, and SSH command execution.
- Every 1.x release is included. Buy at 1.0 and every update through the 1.x line is yours at no further cost.
- A future major version may be a paid upgrade. If there's a 2.0, it may cost extra, and you can decline it and keep using the version you have. It will not stop working.
- The app itself is free. The free tier is not a trial, has no time limit, and does not expire. You're paying to lift the limits, not for access.
How many machines
One license covers every Mac you personally use. Install it on your desktop and your laptop; that's what it's for.
Business and organization use is one license per person. A license is not shared across a team, resold, sublicensed, or posted publicly. If you need licenses for several people, email me and we'll work it out directly rather than having you buy them one at a time.
What happens if a license lapses
Perpetual licenses do not lapse. This section covers time-limited keys, which are only ever issued deliberately (a beta or an evaluation key) and always say so on the key itself.
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked away. If a time-limited key expires, the app returns to free-tier behavior: accounts past the free limit go inactive and the scheduler stops. Every account, every credential, and every job you configured stays exactly where it is, and all of it reactivates the moment a valid key is installed. There is no data hostage step in this product.
Refunds
Ask within 30 days and you get your money back. No form, no reason required, no arguing about whether you used it. Email info@coreyklass.com from the address you bought with and I'll refund it.
The free tier exists precisely so you can prove the app works against your real mail, calendar, and files before you pay anything. If you paid and it didn't do what you expected, that's a mistake on my end of the description, and I'd rather refund you than keep the money.
After 30 days, ask anyway. I'd rather deal with a person than hide behind a policy line.
Your license key
Your key is tied to the email address you used at checkout, and that address is how you recover it. You can have your key emailed to you at any time, as often as you need. It is only ever sent to the address on the purchase, never to a different one.
If you no longer have access to that address, email me with whatever you remember about the order and I'll find it. Losing an email account is not losing your license.
What I can't promise
The honest limits, in place of a wall of capitals:
- The software is provided as is. It comes with no warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions don't allow that exclusion, in which case it doesn't apply to you.
- Liability is capped at what you paid. Klass Concepts, LLC is not liable for lost data, lost profits, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
- You're responsible for what you point it at. This app does what your agent and your scheduled jobs tell it to, using the access you grant. Grant narrowly, and read the security page before you enable mail writes, permanent delete, or SSH execution.
- Third-party services are not mine. Your AI client, your mail provider, your storage provider, and your AI API provider each have their own terms, their own pricing, and their own outages.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the change applies to purchases made after the change. It does not retroactively alter what you bought. The date at the top tells you which version you're reading.
Questions
Email info@coreyklass.com. It's a one-person product and I answer my own support mail, including the awkward questions about refunds.
