Klass Personal OS
Privacy policy
What the app itself collects, sends, and stores.
Last updated: August 18, 2026
This page covers Klass Personal OS, the Mac app. It is separate from the general coreyklass.com site privacy policy, which covers this website's own analytics and its contact form - read that one if your question is about the site you're reading this on rather than the app.
The app runs locally
Klass Personal OS runs entirely on your Mac. Its MCP server only listens on 127.0.0.1 - it is not reachable from your network or the internet. The app has no analytics, no telemetry, and no crash reporting. Nothing about how you use the app - which tools you call, which accounts you configure, what your agent jobs do - is collected or sent anywhere.
Update checks
Once a day (and you can turn this off), the app makes a single request to check whether a newer version is available. That request carries no account information, no device identifier, and no usage data - it's a plain request for a version number. You can disable this check entirely in the app's settings.
Buying or recovering a license
Checkout and license recovery happen on coreyklass.com in your browser, not inside the app. Payment is processed by Stripe; your license key is emailed to the address you purchased with. That flow, and the checkout email address itself, is covered by the general site privacy policy, not this page.
Checking whether an installed license is valid happens entirely on your machine - the app verifies your license key locally against a signature. No network request is made to validate a license.
The accounts and services you connect
Klass Personal OS is a tool that talks to services you tell it about: your mail provider, your calendar and contacts, your cloud storage, your reminders, an AI image generation endpoint, a remote server over SSH - whatever you set up. When you use one of those, your Mac talks directly to the service you configured, using the credentials you provided. That connection, and everything in it, never passes through or is visible to Klass Concepts.
The same is true of any MCP client you point at the app - Claude Code, Claude Desktop, or anything else. It connects to the server running on your own Mac.
Where your credentials live
Passwords, OAuth tokens, and storage account secrets are stored only in the macOS Keychain on your Mac. They are never transmitted to Klass Concepts and never leave your machine except to the service they belong to (e.g., your mail provider, when the app connects to it on your behalf).
Your rights
Because the app itself collects nothing about you, there is nothing here to request access to, correct, or delete. If you have a question about data related to a purchase, see the general site policy above, or just email me.
