Services / Focused Code Review
You built an app with AI. Get a second set of eyes on the code.
I read your source code with one question in mind: what should you understand or fix next? This is a short, bounded review for a founder who wants useful technical judgment without buying a two-day engagement.
$150 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments. Four-hour cap: $600 maximum.
A useful outside read at a small scale
Maybe you built the first version yourself with Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or another AI coding tool. The app works, but you're unsure whether the foundation makes sense. Tell me the decision you're facing, such as whether to invite users, add payments, or keep building on the current code. I'll use that question to focus the time you pay for.
This is also useful when something feels fragile and you can't tell whether it's a small fix or a sign of a deeper problem. You don't need to know the technical name for it.
What you receive
A read of the code you have
I look at the main structure, the path behind your question, and any issue I can substantiate in the time available. You provide read-only repository access or a source export.
Written findings
A short report in plain language: what I observed, why it matters, what I'd do next, and what I couldn't verify. If the code looks sound in the area I checked, I'll say so.
A firm spending limit
I bill only the time used, in 15-minute increments, up to four hours. I'll stop at the cap and identify any important question that still needs work.
A conversation if useful
You can take an optional 30-minute call after the report to ask about the findings. It's included in the capped review.
How it works
Tell me what you've built
Send a short description and the question you want answered. I'll confirm that the available time is enough to give you a useful read before we agree on the work.
Share the source
After we agree on scope, provide read-only repository access or a source export. Don't put passwords or access tokens in the inquiry form.
Get the report
I'll send written findings within three business days of receiving access, then invoice for the actual review time. You can choose whether to schedule the included findings call.
What this review can establish
Four hours can answer a focused question and reveal issues along the paths I inspect. It cannot establish that an entire app is secure or ready for every user and workload. I won't change your code under this review; you keep the report and decide what to do with it.
Tell me the one thing you'd like checked.
I'll read your description and tell you if a four-hour review can answer it. The inquiry and first conversation are free.
